I ordered my flowers, what now?
Amazing! We are so excited to start the process. We will be in contact within 48 hours to confirm your order and share an invoice for payment. All orders must be paid within 48 hours of delivery/pick up date in order to be fulfilled.
Do you take same day order requests?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not take same-day orders. If you are requesting a small to medium bouquet in less than 48 hours, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate
How can I get my order?
Orders can be placed for either pick up or delivery. If you are looking to pick up, the address will be shared 24 hours prior to the arranged pick up date. For deliveries, we are happy to deliver within Brooklyn and Manhattan.
*Delivery orders will be charged an additional fee to cover transportation, subject to distance.
I want to order flowers but I don't know what I want?
That’s ok! If you don't have any inspiration, we will create a designers choice arrangement to fit your request
I got my flowers! How do I care for my arrangement?
Keep it Cool
For longest lasting results, find a place to display your arrangement out of sunlight and in a cooler temperature
Hydration is Key
Flowers are thirsty and need a lot of water once cut. Remember to check if they need water and replace with fresh every 2 days
Snip Snip!
Everytime you change your water, cut a ½ inch off your stems
